About Tasha

Hi, I'm Tasha — a birth doula offering compassionate support through the prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum stages. I'm here to walk alongside you on this beautiful journey, supporting your needs every step of the way.

My care is grounded in emotional safety, cultural responsiveness, and deep respect for all identities and family structures. I bring a calm, steady presence and clear communication so you feel seen, heard, and supported throughout your experience.

As a community-focused doula, I believe birth work is collective care. I'm committed to showing up with empathy, advocacy, and a deep awareness of the systems we navigate — always centering your voice, values, and lived experiences. Studies show continuous doula support reduces complications and leads to more positive birth experiences — that's the kind of difference showing up with intention can make.

Outside of birth work, I'm a proud super aunt to three amazing kids. I love action movies, comedies, and catching up on my favorite Real Housewives series (especially Atlanta and Potomac!).

"Every family deserves tender care, trusted information, and a steady hand. I meet you where you are — mind, body, and spirit."
